Health and Safety Management

Our health and safety procedures are certified to BS OHSAS 18001:2007. Health is one of our most valuable commodities. Healthy employees are essential for productivity and hence for the economic and commercial success of our company.

We are, therefore, particularly committed to:

• fulfilling all statutory and regulatory requirements concerning occupational safety and health protection;
• avoiding work-related accidents and damage to health, both at our company and in neighbouring areas, by continually improving the working conditions as well as plant safety, while taking into account the state of the art regarding ergonomics, occupational health and safety, and hygene based on related scientific findings;
• sharpening and promoting the awareness and competence of all our employees in regard to occupational safety and health protection through internal audits, suitable measures and training courses;
• constantly improving our processes in regard to occupational safety and health protection.
