Risk Management
Our risk management procedures meet the statutory requirements laid down in German legislation of 1 May 1998 regarding control and transparency in companies (Kon TraG). All employees are encouraged to deal responsibly with risks. This also helps to promote risk awareness as well as the continuing development of a risk and control culture.
The responsibilities falling within our risk management system include:
- generating risk awareness;
- identifying and evaluating risks at an early stage;
- communicating risks to the relevant decision-makers within the company or group of companies;
- controlling risks by means of appropriate measures.
