In all of our processes, our employees are responsible for quality tasks.
To this end, they are suitably trained and avail of both experience and skills enabling them to perform their respective tasks.
Managers are responsible for continuously guaranteeing the requisite quality level among employees in their structural units and for compensating for deficits in qualifications by means of the appropriate measures and training courses. Tasks requiring special documented skills are only assigned to those employees in possession of such skills. The requisite qualifications and skills are specified in job descriptions which are taken into consideration when positions are filled.
In the case of new employees, the appropriate instructions are supplied to the new employee by the respective manager or other qualified persons, particularly as regards the specifications governing the QM system as well as industrial and environmental protection. Coordinated further training measures are specified in the training plan for the business year in question. Realisation thereof is subject to monitoring and effectiveness is evaluated. The HR department is responsible for maintaining records in personnel files on the career training, training courses, skills and experience of our employees.
